back from cruise with hanchuan, hugh, clifford, jiarui and jiajun. the trip was fun, enjoyable, and not as bad as what clifford has described (except for the ferries part)
anyway, i'm kinda lazy to blog about what happened. basically we sing sang sung, and drink drank drunk (i was not drunk).
this time round, i saw another shooting star AGAIN...during the ferry trip to the cruise. but others didn't catch it... so until now i'm still thinking if it was an illusion. BUT sorry yanlove!!! i forgot to make the wish for you 'cause i was too shocked and too busy calling for them to see the shooting star.

celebrated hugh's birthday last night, with movie and dinner. watched storm warriors while some others watchd new moon. slacked outside till 1am plus..then decided to play l4d2, so we walked to hanchuan house and drove out. but we ended up at pasir ris to watch aeroplanes. haha.
this is where the exciting part comes!!!

i managed to see TWO shooting stars. soooooooooo freakingggggggg niceeeeeeeeeeee. i'm still so damn excited even as i thought of it. so lucky!!!!
(although my neck hurts now, but its worth the pain haha)

anyway the night was clear and we saw many stars, it was gorgeous =D

BC chalet (23rd to 25th sept) was quite boring although the room was VERY spacious (as compared to the previous ones). 'cause there was too little people + lack of activities.

met ham, hweesiang, leo and wasi on Day 1 and went to WWW. first time playing so i screamed while playing the slides especially the U-shaped one (freaking scary i would say). headed back to chalet in the evening to wash up and had dinner at kfc. sent leo and wasi off, went back to chalet. char and connie came. slacked then kenji joined us and watched "the ugly truth" at midnight.
headed back to chalet and slept.

had seoul gardens for lunch on day 2, then bowling (i seriously suck at it.argh), then shopped for our dinner at fairprice (sushi!!!), bought desserts and headed back to chalet to watch the show on christopher lee and fann wong. followed by "i never", 24, murderer, twister, and some other lame games haha

Last Day of School

friday was the last day of school at TAS. as much as i have complained about the idiotic mozzies that kept biting me..i really wish to continue studying there (if they can offer more food selection with cheaper prices $_$)

it was a super fun time over at TAS, but its a pity that we didn't get to play at the beach and the luge!!! all i can say is that time really flies, especially after projects.

anyway, i wanna thank jac, syl (patpat) and karthik for being there with me this semester, whether we're having fun or stuggling with projects. its a waste that we only got to know our classmates better during the last few weeks of school (very slow i know). but i hope to be in the same class as them next year (with many great friends of mine from 1k09) =D heeheehee~

ah yes btw, caught "Where got ghost?" with karthik, jac, syl, baron and dj. funny syl and baron kept making weird sounds 'cause they were scared, which made jac think dirty. haha. and i almost lost my wallet sia! luckily jac saw it, if not i sure cry like there's no tomorrow. i guess her shortsightedness not so bad afterall =X

first day of school.
not bad,considering there's only ONE lecture today. met usuals (with quite a lot missing) and trained to sentosa.
*only good thing about studying at TAS now: extremely reduced travelling time.

BUT!
its soooooooo stuffy outside at the corridors! i think we'll just die by waiting to go into lectures and tutorials.
i still miss TP. and i miss you too =(

good news, i passed my BTT. super yayness!
yesterday after my BTT, i met ham and we went to Iluma (the new shopping centre at bugis). caught Fast & Furious 4. while waiting for the movie to start, we went to the arcade to kill some time. and we saw JJ Lin playing Street Fighter there(??!!)
then we went to play TaiGu and some other games. times up, and we headed over to the cinema. the movie's nice, cinema's nice, and very cold~~~

picnic with the girls.

met yanlings and xingjie at marina bay, and took the shuttle bus to Marina Barrage. the place is BEAUTIFUL~ especially its green roof. very greenish. we were super lucky to have a clear and fine weather on wednesday. so we got to enjoy the blue sky and greenery~ we quicky set out the picnic mat, took the food out, started eating, and kept taking pictures. after that,we just slacked there, chit-chatted, cam-whored and relaxed until we couldn't stand the scorching sun and the noisy students who came here on their excursions. washed up, took the bus back to the mrt station, and trained to CityHall in search of water (we were dying of thirst, and the drinks at Marina Barrage were freaking expensive.) settled at subway, cam-whored a little while quenching our thirst. got a little paiseh 'cause people were looking. so we headed over to somewhere...uhh near the esplanade? started taking pictures again (with xingjie's macbook), and went home at around 7 plus.

met BC at hougang mrt and trained to orchard for DingTaiFeng. had xiaolongbaos, siewmai and prawn dumplings, as well as some noodles and fried rice. the xlbs were delicious~ yumyum.
then we headed over to Dynasty at DhodyGhaut to sing. their rooms were nicely furnished, got free access to internet too. but too limited songs and the drinks were small yet expensive ($5 for a small cup of sprite, non-refillable somemore. tsktsk) but considering their cheap cheap room rates, its quite reasonable... =)
done singing at 7 plus, went to ave 8 for dinner, and mahjong-ed at my house. lost again. =(

went suntec city with yan,jac and von. ate pastamania, and after much consideration, we decided to go kbox!!
after that, jac and von had to go home for dinner. so yan and i went Gelare for waffles at half price =D yum yum~
then we walked to esplanade, settled down, looked at the stars, and chatted all the way till 11pm. hurried home, scared of missing our last buses.

1k09 chalet~ 2 march - 4 march

day 1.
met jac, xj, hugh, jrui, clifford and johan at tanah merah mrt to take the shuttle bus to the chalet. but don't know why the bus driver never wait for us and just drove off. so we had to cab to the chalet instead =/
cabbed, reached, run around to explore the chalet (it's superb!! damn nice! like my dream house) ate lunch and went off to the beach with jac and yan while xj slept in the room. took some pictures, chatted, ate some aeroplanes... then went back to find xj and headed off to the basketball court to find the guys. watched them play basketball for awhile, headed back to the chalet. slacked, and played mahjong. ate dinner and watched tv... (abit no life) played twister, charade and consume (johan became the ultimate target of everyone).
after that, we all sat down and watched 4bia (some were scared and some were asleep). finished the show and all went off to sleep.

day 2.
got woken up by voices and jac waving to me. washed up and ate cup noodles while waiting for the others to wake up. watched ghost game on duno-which channel..went to the arcade and bowling alley. played our favourite arcade game and 2 rounds of pool (lost to hugh again). went back chalet. yvonne, brina, wanyu and syl came. mahjonged and the guys went to prepare for bbq...while the girls just slacked and watched tv (what good life we have) we ate...danced (actually its just me)...and started to play waterbomb!! (sorry my aiming wasn't so good.apologies to shirong and ppl around the bbq pit =X) after all the bombing and pouring of water, we bathed and mahjonged (again). then we watched final destination 1. damn gruesome. played a game of murderer and charade, and continued watching FD 3. after we finished the show, some went to sleep..and a few of us went to watch the sunrise (looks like the starting scene of lion king)

day 3.
packed up and cabbed home. zzz~

ITS THE END OF EXAMS!

yes, F&B marks the end of the end-sem examination. all i can say is..GG to myself. i'll be freaking glad if i don't have to take the supp paper =( anyway,we went to lect 21 after our paper to collect our sentosa cards for sem 2.1 tricked jacelyn and had a surprise birthday celebration for her in the LT =) hope you loved it girl.

then we slacked in school for uber long 'cause we had no idea where to go, and our final destination was TM...had dinner there and went over to century square to play arcade (or watch them play..) we played till 10, got chased out by the auntie working at the arcade. karthik and shirong went home while the rest of us went to the basketball court near hanchuan's house to ton. stayed till morning and went home. zzz~

18th Birthday Celebration with BC

met BC at amk hub in the evening and trained to novena. had our dinner at Curry Flavour. the food was nice, but connie's dress got dirtied 'cause the waitress spilled something on her. new dress somemore. tsk tsk. spent quite a while in the toilet washing and drying her shirt. then cut cake, and opened my present. super nice! i love it alot!

then suddenly they started the finger-guessing game...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MYSELF!!YAYNESS

had macroecons exam today.the paper itself was alright,just that the rushing part sucks (not rushing to finish the paper,but rushing to take the paper).and i swear to train my stamina after exams end.just so that i won't rush and pant like mad the next time i'm late for exams =)
anyway,had a wonderful birthday celebration with 09-peeps.really thanks~love them all.and the surprise for my prezzie~~~

happy belated valentines.

was out to take over Agnes's tuition lessons yesterday...taught the K1 boy until i want to shoot myself in the head.the P1 girl was alright,very clever and cute.
after that,headed to kovan to find hweesiang and ham to go over to the G2000 warehouse sale.not much there.then ham had to meet his friends so we went home.
luckily my last hour of valentines was well spent with the lovelies.

i am so going to start eating aeroplanes.

last day of school with 09 peeps

lessons was as usual,had lunch together at design school canteen (our favourite western stall).then my beloved-s and i booked a study room and slacked in there.skipped POM lecture..talked until the guys came over to find us,and slacked somemore while thinking of where to go.all of them (me included) were unwilling to go home since it was the last day of school.so,we headed over to the prata shop opposite TP and went to the void deck at SYL's blk to slack (again).we sing song talk cock lar~ (literally).chatted till SYL also came home already..lol..then talked and talked until 11pm..and i quickly rush to pasir ris and managed to catch the last 88 home..lucky me.

really can't bear to get separated with them.
can't imagine school life without yan's laughter,xingjie's stories, and jacelyn's company to do silly stuffs (you are my PARTYBOY).
can't do without the girl's hugs,and the guy's craps..they really made my days
no more partyboy-ing
no more BFFs
no more skipping lessons together to play l4d.
no more deciding of where to eat after lessons.
no more comparing of caipeng (not you hanchuan) prices.
no more staying out late and rushing to catch the last bus (like cinderella lol)

BC Reunion Dinner

had dinner with BC at ave 8 last saturday, and we ate zi char. but the 7 of us had to squeeze and eat on a tiny table...due to some inconsiderate people (FYI:by the time we finished eating they were still there chit-chatting. so thick-skinned)
after that we went to the LAN shop at hougang green to play Left4Dead. and i must say that i really suck at it. felt nauseous during the middle of the game, weak i know.
then they went to my house to gamble...they played poker while i bathed, and we all played blackjack. won quite alot =D mervyn came and they played mahjong while i slept.....

Happy Belated Birthday to Kenji

went out with BC to celebrate kenji's belated birthday. met up with connie,ham,derry and leonard at hougang mrt station and took train to dhoby ghaut. stopped by serangoon to wait for kenji.then trained to city hall to have our dinner-carls jr.not bad,tasted like burger king.just that the servings are bigger,and FREE flow of drinks.haha.hweesiang came to meet us.after that,we walked to raffles place canele to wait for charlene to knock off.then we went to cineleisure to watch "bedtime stories".not a bad show,quite funny especially the guinea pig with super big bulging eyes.
we then cabbed back to my house to take mahjong table and tiles and went over to charlene's place for mahjong session.ended at 7 plus in the morning,and all of us watched derry and leo played "left 4 dead".a very disgusting game,full of undead and blood (jacelyn i know you'll love this)after watching for a while,most of us felt nauseous due to extreme gore and motion sickness...so we packed up and went home.

had a wonderful lunch with 1k09 clique at white sands,Manhattan Fish Market.its rather similar to Fish and co...but its nice,and very ex.count money until we almost went crazy.that was always the hardest part of everything.settling the money.

and while we were eating,we saw this grandma and 2 grandsons walking out of the mall.and we started discussing about them 'cause the grandma was obviously showing favouritism to one of the boys.and the other poor boy had to carry the stuffs and walk under the scorching sun without the unbrella,whereas the biased grandma held the lucky grandson and sheltered him with the umbrella.

then we went to the library,intending to slack over there...but the librarian looked so fierce and we got no choice but to leave.

see how hardworking they are...can you imagine that we're actually in the kids section?

after that we slacked at an empty sheltered space,and began our photo taking session.i bet the people sitting on the bus must be thinking we're crazy.see our photos and you'll know why.

i spent my last moments of 2008 with BC, watching fireworks at sengkang =D countdown too of course.and we entertained ourselves by thinking of ways to trick the people around us while waiting for midnight.

after that,we went to the temple to pray for a good year ahead,and also to take a look at our fortune for 2009.BC is sure superstitious

for people born in the year of goat,we may have quite a bad year,in terms of career,money and family.this is a year of "tao-hua" for us (which hweesiang was very happy about)

we then cabbed to my place for mahjong,and we played till 7 in the morning.charlene,connie and i won (a good way to start a new year i guess).poor ham lost 11 dollars in total.

oh yes,and we planned to have a trip to hongkong during a holidays (with clarence as our tour guide i suppose).better be a good one.however the main issue of concern would be the money.shall start saving now.

mid-sem tests finally came to an end, with F&B Fun killing all of us. but oh well..its over~ and here comes our long-awaited 2 weeks break! hoohoo~ this means movies, outings, kbox, projects, more and more. anyway, went out with my girls and the guys to kallang leisure park to watch Wild Child, while sylvia, wanyu and yvonne went to ice-skating. not a bad movie, quite funny too.. worth watching. thanks for the recommendation yan =D kept laughing non-stop. after that took bus to old airport road to have our dinner. stingray, kangkong and many more~~ then as usual we chatted and laughed after our dinner..
